Who Do We Service?
Fix Auto Chatham works directly with most insurers, as a preferred facility, following guidelines and procedures which are customized for your insurance policy and your insurers requirements.
We undertake repairs for private individuals who are looking to make an insurance claim, or looking to cover their repair cost personally. We also undertake repairs for fleets and management companies.
The scope of our repair services range from passenger vehicles (including prestige cars) up to light commercial vehicles (max 3.5 tonnes)
We Take Training Seriously
Our collision repair staff are all trained to a very high standard; our technicians have qualifications and regularly attend training courses. Our workshops are equipped with the very latest equipment to ensure that all modern vehicles are serviced and repaired to OEM manufacturer specification.
Replacement vehicles are available to you and will be gladly arranged. If requested, an upgraded valet service is also available.
